Ghosstless Technologies is credited as creator of the app and website. For personal data requests, use the official contact form at ghosstless.com/contacto/. Before a commercial launch, the operator should add its legal identity, address and dedicated privacy contact.
Data and purposes
The public website has no booking form or third-party analytics. The server may record technical data needed to operate and secure the website, such as IP address, date, browser and errors. If you use the app, it may need account, location, request and trip data to provide the service; driver and vehicle data are processed to manage their participation.
Legal basis and choice
Essential technical data are processed to operate and protect the service. City and language storage is enabled only if you accept preferences. App processing should show its specific grounds and permissions in each flow before collecting information. You can withdraw preference consent through “Cookie settings”.
Recipients and retention
The website uses WordPress and MariaDB in separate containers. Passenger and driver apps are published separately and will have their own notices. Preferences remain in this browser until you change or erase them. The operator must define retention for logs and app data before production according to purpose and legal duties.
